Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling of the company web application and using it in daily works.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about the company services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with information, prices and try to convert sales.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Update customer information in the company database.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Plus two or above.
  • Experience: Previous experience of minimum one year in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound Knowledge on computer handling and familiar with the internet.
  • Experience of using web applications is preferred.
  • Prior experience of using MS word, excel, spreadsheets and similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
