Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational qualifications: Typically, an HSC-passed degree is required. However, we may also consider candidates with relevant experience, even without a degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for a sales executive. Proficiency in English is usually required, and additional language skills may be an advantage, depending on the target market.
  • Target-oriented: Sales executives need to be highly motivated and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They should have a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Night shift availability: The candidate should be willing and available to work a night shift. This includes being flexible with work hours and open to working weekends or public holidays if required.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using various computer programs and software is often required. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools or sales management software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Sales executives should be able to analyze customer needs, identify potential issues, and offer effective solutions to drive sales.

Note: 

  • Working hours: 8 pm to 5 am (night shift)
  • Candidates with experience in call centers are preferred.

Selection Criteria:
