  • Bachelor's degree in BBA or BBS or in related field with good command in English & Hindi

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills both in English and Hindi.
  • Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain vendor relationship.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer relationships with attractive communication.
  • Ability to develop good relationships and keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure maintaining a healthy office environment.
  • Candidates may occasionally be required to work beyond regular office hours sitting remotely also.

Job Description

We are looking for a smart and versatile Customer Service Representative who will take responsibility for creating a good bridge between overseas clients and local customers. 

  • Maintain good relationships with overseas clients, shipping line agencies, clearing agencies, and local customers.
  • Update the shipment details and tracking information to the customer daily. 
  • Maintain daily update sheet of the shipment.
  • Analyze competitor rates and market trends to increase sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate the rates to overseas clients in a more effective and efficient way.
  • Compare sales trends to identify the cause of a decrease or increase in sales volume.
  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers on daily basis through emails and phone calls during and before/after office hours as required.
  • Prepare and present customer service reports to the management on a daily and weekly basis.
