Requirement
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for supporting both business and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries on the e-commerce platforms and emails. Fast, concise, and clear communication is key, as are cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including a 45-minute lunch break)
