Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for supporting both business and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries on the e-commerce platforms and emails. Fast, concise, and clear communication is key, as are cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.

  • A good listener and with an empathetic ear to understand new and existing customer’s needs
  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Handle and process online and WhatsApp orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with production, packaging, shipping, and other stakeholders as and when needed
  • Document action steps are taken in computerized systems
  • Stay up to date on company products, features, and programs as well as industry trends
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
  • Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request in emails and
  • eCommerce platforms
  • Communicate with clients passed on by the business development team
  • Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including a 45-minute lunch break)
