Every day, we get a lot of messages to inquire about products, place orders, change orders, or know how far the shipment has reached. As CSR, your core job is to give your best and solve any query of customer without losing calmness.
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for supporting both business and operational functions. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries on the e-commerce platforms and emails. Fast, concise, and clear communication is key, as are cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including a 45-minute lunch break)
