Every day, we get a lot of messages to inquire about products, place orders, change orders, or know how far the shipment has reached. As CSR, your core job is to give your best and solve any query of customer without losing calmness.
Customer Service Representative is responsible to support both business and operational functions with accountability. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries in the e-commerce platforms and emails. Fast, concise and clear communication is key as is cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including 45-minute lunch break)
