Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 2 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from the management field 
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Proven experience of 2 years in customer service/operations in a logistics industry is preferred
  • Fluency in English/Nepali/Hindi languages
  • Capable to work effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment
  • Respect and adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines

Note : 

  • 2 wheelers with valid driving license is preferred
  • Residents from Lalitpur & Bhaktapur is preferred

Job Description

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to a positive work environment
  • Attend calls & communicate over emails on daily shipments
  • Follow up with national/international vendors & prepare date wise activities on a daily basis
  • Daily update to customer on their shipments & understand their requirements 
  • Communicate with Shipping lines, Airlines, Transporter, CHA and other vendors on a daily basis
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and update to the line manager or management
  • Ability to resolve customer issues through communication and strategic actions
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
