Professional Skill Required : Communication Analytical Quick Learner English Typing MS Excel
Other Specification
  • Proficiency in English to deal with international clients.
  • You must be a proficient user of Excel/ Email/Internet and other Microsoft programmes. Efficient with good attention to detail
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to work independently, but also as part of a team
  • Good Communication skills with customers, suppliers and colleagues (Team spirit)
  • Confident in dealing with a variety of people & able to build good relation
  • Preferably experienced/ passionate in handling social media accounts
  • Prefer: Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00AM to 7:00PM
  • Saturday : 10:00AM to 6:00PM

Note :  

  • As this job role relates with dealing the clients in overseas (UK and Europe). We have slightly different working hour to cater with the customer's need. So we are available to communicate with customer as per their working time at our office located in Teku, Kathmandu.

Our London based Ladies fashion brand , UK and Europe's high street online retailer are looking for talented, versatile individual who has strong willingness to adapt and looking to join fashion industry as customer service officer / Social Media Manager.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic and dedicated on customer service/ Social media management. the role will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Sales Channel Management
  • Keep close communication with our UK and Europe fashion market (Fashion Brands)
  • Sales and Returns reports for our international platform.
  • Analysis on sales and return.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Communicate and work together with International social media management agency.
