Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Officer located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers also closing leads.
