Offered Salary: Rs 18,000 to Rs 22,500Incentives up to Rs 25,000


Job Description

  • Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customer
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Generate sales leads
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

Note : Its a full time Night Shift Job which is fully office based, Candidates will be 80% engaged into communication to help the USA customers.
