Customer Service Executive - 8
Hamrobazar automobile division is hiring customer service executives who are mainly responsible for attending to customer's needs and complaints to the best of their ability and maintaining customer satisfaction. He/she will be Hamrobazar's primary point of contact for clients for inquiries, requests, queries, and complaints.
Qualification
- Completion of Bachelor's programme
- Two years experience in automobile industry or FMCG (preferred)
- Pleasant and clear speaking voice
- Effective communication skills; both verbal and writing
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Problem solving skills
- Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
