Roles and responsibilities of this job

Apply for this Job if you are excited to work on these things:

Answering customer enquiries and passing them on to the appropriate department.
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Selling products and taking orders.
Handle customer complaints or concern
Taking payments by cash, cheque or debit/credit card or online transfer as well.
Providing quotations and checking product availability
Handling payment transactions
Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying, filing etc.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Bachelor Degree In Business/Management(Marketing will be prioritized)
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to achieve given targets
Excellent client-facing skills
Effective communication and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good team work spirit
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through different network and social media

Note:

Previous work experience in customer service, sales or related field will be preferred
Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply
