Job Description

Customer Service involves assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience with the company's products. Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer service is required to fulfill the maintenance and sales of a company's customers, and they typically have the following duties:

  • Continuously meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Note:

  • The company provides training for this position, so prior experience is not required.
  • Working hours 12pm to 9pm(1 hour break in between).
