  • Reply to online queries on Business Suite (Instagram/Facebook)
  • Social media uploads whenever required
  • Maintaining Social media lead sheet
  • Maintain a Google sheet for weekly meeting
  • Monitor Social media post/stories/reels that have generated the highest inquiries
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling
  • Check info emails and proposals and follow-ups
  • Check GMB (Google My Business) and reply
  • Research on local jewelry shops and their product quality/details
  • Calling leads
  • Research - New products and designs/trending products locally
  • Domestic jewelry brand research (msg/whatsapp/Viber) R and D on customer service
  • Support Digital Marketing team
  • Providing Technical Support
  • Adhering to Policies and Procedures
  • Other tasks as provided or added by the Management
