Who are you?

As a CRS, you will be someone who loves to talk, meet new people (albeit virtually!), and has a genuine interest in helping people. 

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication - it is your samurai sword to understand your customer’s needs and mitigate errors 
  • Great Customer experience- they say, the best advertising for yourself is a loyal customer spreading the word on how incredible you are
  • Attention to detail - as we are selling dreams and crunching with numbers, we must be extra precise
  • Resilience and Consistency- everyone goes through bad experiences, just have the zeal to overcome them and develop your ability to recover
  • Be solution focused - life is not always a bed of roses, there will be issues and problems, how creative are you? Can you think out of the box for solutions? 
  • Time Management ability- whoever has the secret recipe to master this skill, CRS, is your destination
  • Strong Work Ethics - this is one of the important values we follow at HLE Nepal especially so as we are in the finance business

Job Description

  • The main objective of this position is to maximize customer retention and growth
  • Get in touch with the clients to understand their needs and plans 
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by acting in the best interest of clients 
  • Provide timely updates on the client's loan situation and position, as well as suggestions to help them get the most out of their loan.
  • Handle client’s queries & objections 
  • Communicate with lenders, BDMs, and the talented pool of our brokers about the loan scenarios and take appropriate action.
  • Generate Post settlement leads - how do you convince the customers to stay with us for the long term and get new business? 
  • Increase the number of positive product reviews and Facebook reviews.
