Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is fluent in handling calls in English and Nepali. This is a night time position 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM position, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Answering messages, completing customer forms, some of which would be fairly long and complex, coordinating meetings and appointments with our internal staff and clients
We prefer somebody who will commit for three years and is comfortable using various computer and office applications
