Job Summary:

We are looking for two Customer Relations Officers to manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, be comfortable meeting clients outside the office, and possess a two-wheeler for easy mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle inquiries, provide support, and address client concerns effectively.
  • Visit clients as required to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in promotional and marketing activities as needed.
