Job Description

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the automotive industry, including sales, support, and service.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify and address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
