Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the automotive industry, including sales, support, and service.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify and address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, sales, and service processes.
Communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media.
Conduct product and service demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed customer retention and sales targets set by the organization.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer relation or sales role within the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of the automotive industry.
