  • Graduate from recognized university/institution (engineering and IT background would be an added advantage)
  • Customer focused, detailed-oriented and ability to maintain patience in demanding situations
  • Should have superior customer service ethic
  • Working knowledge and skill level with MS Office Tools
  • Good interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Technically inclined and must have a strong desire to understand systems and learn new technologies and software functionality

Job Description

Job Summary:

The person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients and customers might face. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming questions/queries, requests and updates from Braindigit client/customer
  • Support directly with customers either by telephone, email, or through video conference
  • Help and educate customers in the moment regarding our products and services by providing accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customers/clients who raise concerns/queries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
