Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Customer Moderator will be responsible for translating and interpreting astrological consultations between Roman Nepali and English, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication between astrologers and customers. The role also involves customer interaction, query handling, and maintaining high-quality communication standards aligned with the organization’s mission of making Vedic astrology accessible globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate and interpret written consultations from Roman Nepali to English and vice versa with accuracy and clarity.
Act as a communication bridge between English-speaking customers and Roman Nepali-speaking astrologers.
Create high-quality interpretations of astrological consultations, maintaining a professional and respectful tone
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Support the mission to make Vedic astrology accessible worldwide by contributing insights and improvements in communication

Ability to work night shifts

Work Hours:

Morning: 7 AM - 3 PM
Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
