We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Customer Financing and Recovery Officer to join our reputed automobile company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to coordinate vehicle financing, ensure smooth loan processing, and manage timely recovery operations across assigned territories. This role is perfect for someone with a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for vehicle loan processing, disbursement, and related procedures.
Pre-screen customers for credit eligibility and verify their credibility.
Review credit memos before forwarding for approval to the Head Office.
Collect post-dated cheques and legal deeds, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding dues and manage recovery processes efficiently.
Conduct frequent field visits within assigned territories for financing coordination and recovery follow-ups.
Handle repossession and settlement cases in compliance with company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and submit financing and recovery reports to Head Office.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or recovery-related roles.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territories.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in vehicle financing.
