Over time, we have expanded our product range to include over 1000 distinctive eyewear styles and designs. Between 2015 and 2017, we primarily conducted our business online and witnessed a significant upsurge in demand for our eyewear. Our unique and effective marketing strategy strongly resonated with our target audience, contributing to this growth. Recognizing the potential for further expansion, we strategically decided to establish a physical store in Baneshwor, a vibrant area within the picturesque Kathmandu Valley, in 2017. This decision aimed to expand our customer base and offer a tangible shopping experience for our valued clients. Our presence in such a prominent location was intended to bolster our brand and cultivate enduring customer relationships. NewMew Nepal -Within a year of observing the rapid increase in eyewear demand, we redirected our focus towards future expansion. Consequently, we successfully opened three additional stores in Newroad, Pokhara, and Butwal, both inside and outside the valley.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Incharge, you will be responsible for:

  • Keep track of sales data, prepare sales and business development reports.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and operations
  • Assist in preparation of the sales report/Month to Month Progress report/Hurdles at Sales Team/Suggestion and Recommendation.
  • Recommend for an incentive plan to motivate and reward the team.
  • Coordinating on sales performance and profitability metrics regularly.
  • Reporting sales performance, forecast sales targets and comparing it with actual sales data.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue and increase profitability.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies/Campaigns to increase demand for least/fast moving products.
  • Providing training and development opportunities to the CSR Team, including sales pitching techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Oversee report collection and analysis of CSR-generated reports, emphasizing sales metrics.
  • Provide clear guidance and instructions to CSRs based on report analysis.
  • Implement a monitoring system to track CSR performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure coordination.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on CSR performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in sales and customer service and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
