Job Description

1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, boost sales, and meet business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, digital ads, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all platforms.

3. Content Creation & Management:

  • Create engaging, high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the store’s online presence and social media accounts to drive customer interaction.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant content that resonates with the target audience.

4. Advertising and Promotion:

  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation.
  • Develop promotional initiatives such as discounts, limited-time offers, sales events, and customer loyalty programs to boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or partners for effective ad creation and placement.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, drawing insights to guide future efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Stay current on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive in the market.
