Regarding our products we are the distributors of different multinational companies like  Jaquar, Kohler, Nepatop, NITCO and Somany. Beside this we are directly importing sanitary and tiles like Octiva, Simora, Navarang, Motto, Vida, Elica,& Elegant from different countries.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
