Minimum experience: Fresher
Job location: Bhatbhateni, Naxal
Job Type: Full Time - Evening Shift
Full Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Salary: Attractive salary along with overtime and Night Allowances

Foodmandu is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!

Job Description

Handling Customer Phone calls. (In rush hour/alternate)
Handling Social Media queries and complaints
Dispatching emails.
Following through with payment transactions/refunds from banks and payment partners.
Providing chat support.
Call support for our restaurant partners.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Job Specification

Should be willing to work in evening shift,
Should be willing to work in weekends and public holidays,
Having a driving license and personal vehicle (Two Wheelers) is a must (For Evening Shifts)
Experience in customer service/care would be an added benefit.
