Job Description

  • Welcome the patients/visitors and correlate them with the concerned department
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email and social medias
  • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service concern
  • Handle and resolve customer grievances
  • Update patients/visitors record in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Photoshop
  • Receive and disseminate accurate information at right time to the concerned department
  • Other customer service related tasks
