Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service operations and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing service processes, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Lead and mentor the Customer Care Team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee all administrative processes and ensure adherence to internal policies.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and implement improvements.
  • Plan and execute customer retention strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training for team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with brokers to convert leads and share client insights.
  • Prevent clawbacks by strengthening client relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support the transition of clients from non-conforming to prime lenders.
  • Oversee renegotiation of interest rates for competitiveness.
  • Monitor loan health and initiate regular client check-ins.
  • Manage high-complexity client scenarios, including construction and variations.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and objections.
  • Ensure superior client experience across all interactions.
  • Align team goals with broader company objectives.
  • Experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry.
