Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and complete student records with frequent follow ups
  • Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • Prepare and present reviews on progress
  • Understand the needs of prospective student and provide appropriate solution
  • Deal with any other tasks as demanded by job
