Job Description

Tele calling:

  • Track and monitor ENGG customers across Nepal for regular feedback, focus on lost customers and new leads generations
  • Tracking of problems/issues across Nepal to be done for each company wise product related to ENGG
  • Create visit schedule of SG engg. Provide necessary documents, and make customer appointments
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing products that meet their solution
  • Achieve monthly targets & report data on daily, weekly, monthly basis to Manager
  • Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
  • Ability to introduce new products to old and new customers. Add new customers every month
  • Reaching out to customers – existing and potential on Insta/Facebook/Gmail/SMS daily
  • Provide necessary support to on-field sales agents through sharing documents, data that might be needed such as price, product availability etc.
  • Take Sample feedback for each product sampled to respective customers to be given to Sampling dept.
  • Problem addressing of each customer either through agent visit or coordination in office.
  • To maintain helpline services & assist clients & ensure to avoid delay in communication.
  • Should be ready to attend any session with visiting technical peoples at off hours

Social Media:

  • Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Formulate and execute end to end SEO optimizations that include, on-page and off-page initiatives
  • Write effective title & META tags
  • Identify and submit to the most relevant directories
  • Must be abreast with the latest SEO changes and implement best practices and learning across the client portfolio
  • Good understanding of social strategy for multiple social media channels (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strategize and plan Social Media Marketing presence
  • Brand building and management on various social media platforms
  • Plan and develop social media presence through various channels digitally
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the products
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space
  • Maintain a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
