Job Description

Customer Care is responsible for answering queries of customers via either email, phone, or face to face. Their main responsibility is to define a customer service strategy of the organization and to provide fabulous customer service.

To attend Customers with warm smile and address their complaint with concern department.
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable.
Service Reminder to the customer on the telephone or via e-mail
Daily vehicle entry record.
Accepting order inquiries from customers or clients and responding with follow up queries.
Preparing monthly Report
Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Generate Monthly Report regarding Customers’ Feedback, Complaint and Suggestion.
Other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.
