Assist the Bookings manager in handling customer bookings that are made on the website
Contact wineries to confirm bookings when wineries do not reply in due time
Handle any and all communication with the customer in the case that booking details and/or dates need to be changed
Assist customers with any other questions related to the site or their booking specifically
Keep bookings databases up to date
Assist with collecting winery account details and recording payments to accounting
Do a quality review follow-up with the customer and the winery after the booked experience
Develop and improve the bookings process
Grow in the role and take more responsibility as additional customer support function (e.g. live chat support) is rolled out in coming website versions
Train and delegate tasks to junior team members as the team grows
