Executive Search of Merojob is recruiting on behalf of a prominent IT Company. We seek a dynamic candidate for this position. This role will focus on SaaS and international expansion, requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Role Overview:

• Lead the technology vision and strategy for the company, particularly focusing on transitioning to a SaaS model and facilitating international expansion.
• Drive innovation in product development and technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Ensure robust architecture and infrastructure to support high availability and performance.

SaaS Expertise:

• Experience in transitioning traditional software products to a cloud-based SaaS model.
• Familiarity with subscription billing, multi-tenancy, scalability, and data security in SaaS environments.

Internationalization:

• Manage technical aspects of entering new international markets, including localization, compliance, and scalability considerations.
• Understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on software development.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring skill growth and career progression.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, marketing) to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership in discussions with investors, stakeholders, and potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Education: Typically, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 10+ years) in senior technology roles within software companies, ideally in HR tech or SaaS environments.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), microservices architecture, DevOps practices, etc.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Experience in scaling technology operations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and execute technology strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
• Global Perspective: Experience with international markets and managing diverse technical and regulatory requirements.
