ITONICS is looking for a Data Quality Expert to strengthen its Customer Relationship Management team. The CRM team is managing our CRM platform which is at the core of ITONICS’ heart, connecting information across various departments.

As Data Quality Expert you will be responsible for the quality assurance of data in our CRM platform. Next to the strong focus on data quality, the role requires basic knowledge of CRM software and the ability to understand both the business and technical context of the platform.
The platform uses data from a variety of sources to identify opportunities among our business strategies. Therefore, you will make sure our database is clean, standardized, organized, and enriched to make those opportunities visible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing regular manual corrections and quality checks, both proactively and in response to documented problems

• Coordinating data cleaning initiatives and follow internal data control processes, ensuring consistency and complete data

• Combining data from multiple data sources to identify valuable insights that were previously unknown

• Ensuring the smooth running of cross-system data input to keep systems in sync

• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to set up and improve the efficiency and reliability of our data infrastructure and reporting

• Proposing process improvements in data collection and data management
