Job Description

Analyze and track the outstanding Debt information from the software.
Communicate with customer about the Debt policy and his payment schedule.
Regularly visit customer and communicate them about the payment deadline.
Regularly communicate with customer and tally the receivable amount and others accounting information.
Built a good relation with the customer.
Make special plan for recovery from difficult customer.
Update account status and database regularly.
Properly communicate with other team members.
