Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate effective recovery plans.
• Visit different parties for credit recovery, as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of credit recoveries and interactions.
• Analyze and report on recovery progress.
• Work closely with the accounts and sales teams to align on client accounts.
• Handle recovery queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
