We are looking for an efficient and solution-focused Credit Associate to assist Australian mortgage brokers to take in taking charge of mortgage applications from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify client documents and financial information
Research lender policies and recommend suitable options
Calculate borrowing capacity and funding positions
Analyse living expenses and package loan applications
Enter data into CRM and lender systems (e.g., ApplyOnline)
Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients until loan settlement
Handle valuation orders, pricing requests, and settlement forms
Who You Are:
A Master’s degree holder in Business OR a related field or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of banking or finance-related experience
ACCA/CA grads or ACCA students with Skills level completion are highly encouraged to apply!
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused
Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy and quick to learn (CRM experience is a plus)
Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure
Experience in the Aussie mortgage processing or banking is an advantage
