We are looking for an efficient and solution-focused Credit Associate to assist Australian mortgage brokers to take in taking charge of mortgage applications from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify client documents and financial information 

• Research lender policies and recommend suitable options 

• Calculate borrowing capacity and funding positions 

• Analyse living expenses and package loan applications 

• Enter data into CRM and lender systems (e.g., ApplyOnline) 

• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients until loan settlement 

• Handle valuation orders, pricing requests, and settlement forms 

Who You Are:

• A Master’s degree holder in Business OR a related field or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of banking or finance-related experience 

• ACCA/CA grads or ACCA students with Skills level completion are highly encouraged to apply! 

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused 

• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset 

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn (CRM experience is a plus) 

• Able to multitask and stay organised under pressure 

• Experience in the Aussie mortgage processing or banking is an advantage
