  • Excellent in English - both verbal and written 
  • Must have completed minimum six months of experience in loan processing 
  • Good understanding of accounting & finance 
  • Must have good analytical and mathematical skills 
  • Good computer typing skills 
  • You have some have experience with Gmail, Google Apps 
  • If you have lived and worked in Australia, that will be a great advantage 

Job Description

  • Assist Mortgage Brokers in Home Loan application assessment  
  • Make recommendation to clients about suitable loan product 
  • Solve various loan case scenarios  
  • Liaise with clients to request supporting documentation 
  • Manage loan files post submission and provide update to clients 
  • Liaise with lenders and provide additional documents as requested 
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients 
  • Maintain Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform 
  • Able to work autonomously with set tasks and complete within allocated timeframe
