Job Description

Mortgage Empire is a leading home loan and financial service provider in Australia.As a Credit Analyst with us, you will play a vital role in assessing and facilitating home loans for our clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Review and verify clients home loan documents
  • Assess clients home loan borrowing capacity
  • Assist Mortgage Brokers in Home Loan application assessment
  • Make recommendation to clients about suitable home loan product
  • Prepare credit proposal and other forms for application lodgment
  • Ensure documents are complete and compliant as per internal and lender's checklist
  • Solve various loan case scenarios and liaise with lenders Business Development Managers
  • Liaise with clients to request supporting documentation
  • Manage loan files from inception to settlement and provide update to clients
  • Liaise with lenders and provide additional documents as requested
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Maintain Customer Relation Management (CRM) platform
  • Able to work autonomously with set tasks and complete within allocated timeframe
  • Mentor and coach junior staff
