  • An experience in an Australian Mortgage Broking company within the same role is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Note: Remuneration ranges depending on experience, with total earning potential in your first year above 100k NPR Per Month & significantly more as you grow with Flint.


Job Description

  • Collaborate with the lead mortgage broker on all credit-related tasks
  • Analyze and present lending solutions to brokers and clients
  • Support clients by providing valuations, servicing calculations, and written advice
  • Advise first home buyers and other homebuyers on lending options and steps to achieve their home buying goals
  • Advise investors on lending options and strategies to achieve their wealth creation objectives
