Bachelor’s Degree in English Major preferred with at least 2-3 years of experience in content writing
Technical aptitude
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Excellent writing and editing skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects concurrently

Preparation and review of company’s both technical and non-technical documents
Design, develop and maintain both original and curated content for social media posting
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Generate SEO optimized keywords and development of website content using those keywords
Write SEO optimize blogs on industry related insights, news and facts
Launch email opt-ins for blog and feature subscription
Review, proofread and edit error and inconsistencies in User Documents(technical) and other documents for its standardization
Design and create the theme, script and content for short feature videos and promotional videos
Carry out the validation of the facts, format and contents and approve for publish
Assist in document publish in required portals
Create email marketing campaigns targeting existing as well as potential clients
Write press releases on new company updates
Create and standardized cheat sheet for the software’s modules
