We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Lead – Content and Social Media to shape and elevate the company's digital presence. This role will lead content strategy, brand storytelling, social media management, and creative campaigns that showcase the company's expertise in administration, financial management, estimation services, and innovative software solutions supporting global demolition industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Come up with fresh, creative ideas for content, campaigns, and viral marketing initiatives that support brand goals.
Plan, organize, and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
Transform trending topics and cultural moments into engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
Lead the creative vision and execution for Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other digital campaigns.
Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling content for social media.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and creative teams to bring content ideas to life.
Ensure all content is visually appealing, platform-optimized, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
Partner with marketing and growth teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Maintain a consistent brand message and voice across all social media channels.
Analyze content performance and use insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related creative role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and script-writing skills.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
Ability to identify trends early and adapt them to align with brand objectives.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of graphic design principles and visual storytelling.
Experience collaborating with videographers, photographers, content creators, and cross-functional teams.
Strong coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, content quality, and audience engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
