Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Lead with a strong background in video editing and videography to take charge of our creative production efforts. This role will involve overseeing the creation of high-quality visual content, leading a team of creatives, and ensuring our brand and clients stand out in a competitive market. If you are a visual storyteller with leadership skills and a passion for crafting compelling video content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for clients’ marketing campaigns.
Manage all aspects of videography, including lighting, sound, and post-production.

Creative Direction

Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling strategies tailored to client needs.
Provide creative direction for video projects, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, and content creators.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to align creative efforts with business objectives.

Project Management

Manage multiple creative projects from concept to delivery within deadlines.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Innovation and Trendspotting

Stay updated on industry trends, new video editing tools, and techniques to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Experiment with creative formats like short-form content, animations, and cinematic storytelling.

Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) in video editing and videography, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production and editing.
Experience leading creative teams and managing projects.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and how to create content that drives engagement and conversions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in directing or cinematography.
Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
