Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Head for our company. The successful candidate must possess a solid understanding of designing and web practices with creative writing skills.

Major Responsibilities:

Design and publish labels for events, posts and social media advertisements through Photoshop, Illustrator or any other professional design tools
Knowledge of web traffic metrics, web design, post boosting and publishing
Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
Experienced in digital media campaigns and other audience-engaging contents
Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
Boosting company’s post in Facebook, Instagram and other social media
Support sales and marketing activities
Assist customers in providing required information and resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner via social media, email or in person
Produce and host online events

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, BBIS, Digital Marketing or other relevant fields
A minimum of 1 year experience particularly with, but not limited to designing, web, social and emerging technologies
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Software
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Nepali (Both spoken and written)
Sound knowledge of brand development and multi channel marketing models
Up to date with all the ongoing trends, latest technology and changes in all social media accounts
Highly motivated and self-driven personality
A very good innovator and creative thinker
