Job Purpose: Creative Design Associate 

HMSP is seeking a creative, vivid, and energetic Creative Design Associate to conceptualize, implement, and drive the social media strategy. As the Creative Design  Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading various aspects of marketing and branding. 

Responsibilities 

Marketing: 

  • Leading creative campaigns, ensuring we are continually developing the most engaging & cutting-edge content/ visuals for all platforms to inspire interaction from our followers. 
  • Devising & executing Social Media strategies to grow overall audience &  engagement on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, & other relevant social media  platforms. 
  • Building social media communities around our brand and helping us grow our presence via community engagement. 
  • Developing and implementing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and values. 
  • Drafting and editing communications copy (e.g., press release, blogs, social media posts). 
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media campaigns, website, and offline events. 
  • Maintaining web content and executing social media strategies. 
  • Planning and executing social media marketing strategies, including coordinating campaigns, managing social media presence, and organizing promotional events. 
  • Planning and executing a content calendar based on relevancy, important dates to drive engagement. 

Branding and Image Development: 

  • Work closely with the GM and marketing team to refine and enhance the company's brand image and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of branding strategies and ensure consistency across all communication channels and materials. 

You will be working on the following projects of the company group: 

  • Moware design 
  • Sagarmatha Next 

Requirements: 

  • Passionate about social change and environmental protection. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proven design experience.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in design and editing software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and  Premiere. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • A degree in design, fine arts, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
