Roles and responsibilities of this job

You eat stories for breakfast. You dream in dialogue. You’re obsessed with viral narratives, dark humor, or emotional twists - even if you’ve never been paid to write them.

Core Responsibilities:

Write 5–15 minute scripts (horror, satire, docu-style) with AI-assisted ideation (ChatGPT/Sudowrite for brainstorming).
Develop "snippet-to-screen" social series optimized for virality.
Collaborate with AI tools to analyze genre trends and audience gaps.
Revise drafts using Grammarly/Hemingway while preserving raw voice.

You’ll Learn & Do:

Craft scripts for short films, social series, and ad campaigns.
Build bizarre characters and worlds in collaborative "hive mind" sessions.
Pitch, fail, and refine stories weekly.
Study genre-bending techniques (horror, satire, docu-style).
Use AI brainstorming tools ethically to accelerate ideation.

Bring:

A portfolio (scripts, treatments, short stories, even Twitter threads).
Passion for internet culture and disruptive storytelling.
Hunger to grow through feedback.
