- Creative Design: Conceptualize and design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, including social
media posts, banners, website assets, flyers, coupons, advertisements, videos, animations etc.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity
across all platforms.
- Illustration & Artwork: Create original illustrations, graphics, and animations to enhance creative
content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create integrated
campaigns.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh, innovative
content.
- Feedback Implementation: Modify designs based on team or client feedback while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without
compromising quality.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Not
mandatory)
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, visual artist, or a similar role in a
marketing agency (digital marketing agency preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign ).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
- Good hand on Animation and video editing tools is a must.
- Understanding of Brand guidelines and CI.
- Creative Vision: Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and creative solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle constructive criticism positively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
