Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the computer and peripheral industry, with a strong ability to manage a multi-tiered dealer network, oversee direct corporate sales, and cultivate relationships with government and corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence.
  • Manage a multi-tiered dealer network, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Oversee direct corporate sales, engaging with key clients and nurturing partnership opportunities.
  • Liaise with government and corporate leaders to facilitate sales and discuss potential collaborations.
  • Liaise with banks and handle letter or credits.
  • Manage international and national shipment logistics
  • Manage accounts receivable in line with corporate policies 
  • Maintain and manage relations with international vendors to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor actions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
