Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

A Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within and out of the country. This involves taking responsibility for service, customer satisfaction, public relations.
In the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector, a Country Manager job may include being in charge of many areas of the business such as moving services, global mobility and resource management
A key part of the role of Country Manger will be to produce performance reports
Country Managers are expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Masters’ degree (preferred for Ph. D. holder)
Excellent communication skills in Nepali & English (both written & verbal)
Ability to work independently with solution & service oriented attitude
Having good public relation
Willingness to travel inside and outside Nepal

Offered salary: One Lakhs++ (transportation and communication allowances)
