We require Counsellors - Newzealand, Australia, Canada, & USA to perform following responsibilities and duties:

Provide personalized counseling to students, parents, or guardians to help them make informed decisions regarding educational and career pathways.
Administer and interpret aptitude tests, personality assessments, and academic evaluations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in students.
Assist students in setting clear educational and career goals, creating academic plans, and selecting suitable courses or majors based on their interests and abilities.
Guide students through the college admission process, including researching and selecting colleges, preparing application materials, and navigating financial aid options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational institutions, scholarship opportunities, and vocational training programs to provide relevant information to students and their families.
Keep detailed records of counseling sessions, assessments, and student progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
