  • Ensure proper guidance to students, parents and channel partners for Studying in Canada/US
  • Ensuring a first-class experience for students, parents and Channel partners at every stage of admission application
  • Maintaining high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operations
  • Continual assessment, development and implementation of areas of improvement within the team, with our service levels and with processes in consultation with the management
  • Providing market and industry insight and intelligence
  • Supporting commercial and strategic recruitment priorities
  • Ensuring student recruitment targets are met
