Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Counselor and Documentation Specialist to provide guidance to clients while managing the documentation process. This role involves counseling individuals on application processes, program requirements, and immigration or educational options. Additionally, the role requires handling and reviewing necessary documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients in making informed decisions about their career, study abroad, immigration, or other program options.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to discuss program eligibility, requirements, and application procedures.
  • Assess individual client needs and provide tailored advice on suitable programs or pathways.
  • Organize and conduct workshops, informational sessions, and webinars for prospective clients.
  • Review, organize, and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify information and manage document compliance with institutional, educational, or immigration requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents or clarify discrepancies.
  • Keep accurate records of all documentation and update client files regularly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline the application process and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and maintain counseling and documentation reports for management.
  • Stay up-to-date on program guidelines, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations to provide accurate counseling and documentation support.
